The Mazi Project want to tackle food insecurity for 16 – 25 year olds living in supported accommodation. They share the power of food and it’s amazing stories with care leavers, young asylum seekers and youth recovering from homelessness.
Together with Bristol’s independent food sector, local community and partner charities, they create an inclusive environment for vulnerable young people to experience the power of food and feel part of Bristol’s thriving community.
They use the dinner table and the notion of breaking bread to help reduce isolation, build confidence and make those in need feel cared for and extraordinary.
